Man Utd news: Fans WARNED Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still has ONE big ‘problem’
MANCHESTER UNITED interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer must work on his side’s defence despite winning his first three games in charge.
That is the verdict of ESPN FC pundit and former Liverpool defender Steve Nicol.
Solskjaer has seen Manchester United win 5-1, 3-1 and 4-1 in his opening three games as manager.

However, he is yet to keep a clean sheet to add to just the two Jose Mourinho collected in the first 16 matches of the campaign.
Nicol has been impressed with Solskjaer’s start at Old Trafford, especially the style of football the Norwegian is playing.
You have to keep your feet on the ground if you’re a Man U fan
However, he has warned Manchester United fans to not get carried away, with problems at the back still clearly evident.
“You have to keep your feet on the ground if you’re a Man U fan,” Nicol said after United beat Bournemouth 4-1 on Sunday.
“At the end of the day you’re playing Bournemouth.
“They lost five at Tottenham, four at Liverpool and they’ve lost four again today.
“So they’re not world-beaters, but it is important that you win games.
“It’s important for Man United that you do it in style. They’ve done both of those things.
“It [the defence] is a worry, no question it is. But fortunately going forward they look exciting.
“[Marcus] Rashford is another player with a new lease of life.
“No question he has ability, we just haven’t been able to see it under Mourinho. We’re seeing it now.
“So the defence is a problem, they lost another goal, could have and should have lost another one at 1-0 up when [David] De Gea saves it with his shoulder.
“But it’s another important victory and they march on.”
United will be without Eric Bailly for the next three matches after he received a straight red card against Bournemouth.
