Man Utd news: Why Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will NOT get United into top four - Matt Le Tissier
OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER will NOT lead Manchester United into the Premier League top four this season - because the gap to it is just too big.
Man Utd: Solskjaer taking it 'one game at a time' after Cardiff win
That is the opinion of Sky Sports pundit and Southampton and England striker Matt Le Tissier.
Solskjaer was appointed interim manager at Manchester United last week, replacing the sacked Jose Mourinho.

The former Red Devils striker won his first game in charge in emphatic style at Cardiff on Saturday.
A brace from Jesse Lingard helped contribute to a 5-1 win at the Cardiff City Stadium.
I still think it is a massive gap to make up on those kind of teams
United were sixth in the Premier League table heading into Boxing Day’s clash at home to Huddersfield.
That was eight points behind Chelsea and Arsenal who were fourth and fifth in the table, and 13 adrift of third-placed Tottenham.
Le Tissier was asked by presenter Jeff Stelling: “Would you totally rule out a top-four finish for Manchester United?”
And the pundit says he cannot see their rivals slipping up enough to allow them into the Champions League qualification places.
“Yeah,” Le Tissier responded.
“I still think it is a massive gap to make up on those kind of teams.
“I think it would have to be a big drop in form by two teams over a long period of time for Manchester United to go and do that.
“I just think they have given themselves a little too much to do.”
Anthony Martial missed today's match against Huddersfield due to illness.
Tottenham faced Bournemouth at home at the same time.
Arsenal visit Brighton at 5.15pm with Chelsea at Watford at 7.30pm to finish Boxing Day's action.
