Liverpool news: Fabinho’s wife reveals TRUTH about midfielder’s Anfield future
FABINHO’s wife has offered a clear indication on her husband’s Liverpool future.
Liverpool: Klopp says Fabinho was ‘outstanding’ in derby
It has been no secret that the Brazilian has taken a while to settle in at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp has taken a while to instate Fabinho into his team since he joined for £43.7million in the summer.
But a start in the Merseyside derby on Sunday coupled with an impressive authoritative performance seems to have defused speculation of an exit.
There have been reports that have linked the 25-year-old with a move back to France with PSG.
Fabinho’s wife Rebeca Tavares uses Twitter frequently and has used the social media app to get a clear message across about her husband’s future.
Replying to a tweet that quotes Fabinho saying “I am happy at Liverpool, I don’t have a single reason to leave,” she put “Say it loud.... some newspapers have to hear it.”
After the dramatic 1-0 win over Everton last weekend, she praised the Reds who earned the city’s bragging rights.
“We are HERE baby, Liverpool is OURS,” she said.
She also tweeted a GIF recently of somebody rolling their eyes with “When I read some fake news in Twitter,” in reference to reports linking Fabinho with a move away.

Klopp praised the defensive midfielder in his post-match press conference.
“I don’t judge it on big steps or small steps, it was just a good performance from him. It was exactly what I expected,” he said after the derby.
“So far, Gini [Wijnaldum] and Fabinho have worked really well together on the defending side.
“The most important thing about that game was how we defended up front – that was the biggest difference to other games. The high pressure was really brilliant.”
Liverpool FC: Fabinho could go to AC Milan, says expert
Fabinho has thrived alongside Wijnaldum in a 4-2-3-1 formation.
“Of course, because he has got used to it,” added the German.
“The difference is not that big. We adapt to our defensive players as a unit and our attacking players as a unit with slight adjustments depending on the skills.
“So far, for Fabinho, it feels very familiar together with another No.6 in the centre. But of course he has to [play in other systems] and he will.”
