It appears highly unlikely that any club would stump up even a quarter of Isco’s release clause.
Perez, however, has now made it clear that any negotiations with moneybags City and Chelsea will be tough.
Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda claims a move to England is a distinct possibility.
He said: "They [Real Madrid] consider that Isco is not involved in the group, that he is doing his thing, that he is having problems with his weight… so he is thinking of going to the Premier League.
“He has an offer from Chelsea and another from Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.
