Chelsea are looking to build on their thrilling victory over Arsenal last time out when they travel to Newcastle this weekend.
Maurizio Sarri’s side have enjoyed a perfect start to their Premier League campaign with two wins from two so far this season.
A 3-2 triumph over the Gunners at Stamford Bridge backed up a 3-0 victory against Huddersfield on the opening weekend as the Chelsea squad gets used to life under their new manager.
And now the Blues are set to be boosted by the return of Eden Hazard to the starting XI, with the Belgian having so far been restricted to substitute appearances since the summer.
Chelsea boss Sarri has slowly been reintroducing Hazard to first-team action, with the 27-year-old having missed much of pre-season due to international duty.
The forward enjoyed an extended post-World Cup holiday after Belgium’s exploits in Russia but has still managed a assist off the bench in both of the Blues’ Premier League wins.
Hazard is likely to come into the starting XI at the expense of Willian, who has failed to make an impact on the left.
On the other flank, Pedro has carried over his pre-season form with goals against both Huddersfield and Arsenal.
The Spaniard should retain his spot in Sarri’s attack behind a rejuvenated Alvaro Morata, who also notched against the Gunners.
Meanwhile, Ross Barkley could find himself on the bench after a couple of uninspiring displays in central midfield.
The former Everton man has been deployed as an advanced part of a three-man unit but may lose his place after Mateo Kovacic shone off the bench against Arsenal.
Elsewhere, Jorginho should continue in the holding role with Cesc Fabregas still doubtful as he struggles to return from a knee injury.
