Carabao Cup: Bielsa says players could face Rotherham
The Carabao Cup draw takes place today with no sign of a handful of top clubs.
Premier League sides enter the tournament at round two apart from Arsenal, Burnley, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham.
These seven all have received byes to the third round due to their participation in European competitions.
Stoke and Swansea also received byes into the second round as two of the highest-placed side relegated to the Championship last season. They will enter the draw today.
Carabao Cup draw - when is it?
The draw will take place before Sunderland v Sheffield Wednesday on Thursday evening at 7pm.

The second-round ties will be played on the week of Monday, August 27.

Sky Sports have the television rights to the Carabao Cup this campaign.
The draw will be shown on Sky Sports before Sunderland v Sheffield Wednesday on Thursday evening.
Mick McCarthy and Chris Waddle will draw the balls before kick-off.
