LEWIS HAMILTON will start on pole for tomorrow’s Spanish Grand Prix after qualifying 0.051 seconds faster than Sebastian Vettel.

Lewis Hamilton set his fastest time on the first lap in Barcelona.
The Mercedes driver is seeking to return to winning ways after a disappointing outing in Sochi.
"I'm super proud that we can get back up there,” Hamilton said.
“My last lap was so-so but I could see the fans cheering and all the flags.

Fernando Alonso qualified seventh
Mercedes' Valtteri Bottas took third ahead of Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen.
Fernando Alonso recovered from a ruined Friday practice session where his McLaren-Honda suffered an engine failure to place seventh.
"Sometimes the weekends start the wrong way but then they fix themselves, and vice versa. The important thing is tomorrow, to try to get a few points," he added.
"It was better than expected but the support from the people gives you a few extra tenths."
