Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor offered $25m each to fight
CONOR McGREGOR and Floyd Mayweather have been offered $50million (£41million) to fight by UFC chief Dana White.

Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather have been talking up the possibility of facing off in the ring.
Mayweather is technically retired with a record of 49 fights unbeaten and now spends most of his time promoting bouts like tonight’s unification clash between James DeGale and Badou Jack.

However, when McGregor was granted a boxing licence in California, the American appeared to be considering a return, even claiming to have tabled an offer of £12m for the Irishman to take part.
McGregor is said to have set his stall out at more like £80m but his contractual obligations to UFC mean realistically White will have the final say on any deal.
“There’s a real offer.”
However, Mayweather does not appear to be entertaining the idea, having previously claimed that he could reasonably expect to make £80m or more out of the fight due to his track record.
“[Dana White] a f****** comedian,” Mayweather told TMZ.
