Hearn has already announced that Joshua, 26, will be in action at the Manchester Arena on November 26.
But he said huge financial demands are preventing him from doing a deal with Kubrat Pulev, Bermane Stiverne or even Joshua’s mandatory challenger, Joseph Parker.
Anthony Joshua's next opponent is still no clearer, according to Eddie Hearn
Hearn said: “They all want a fortune. We’re having to pay a lot of money for opponents.
“Pulev’s the most likely but he’s not jumping out of his seat to take the fight.”
