DeGale takes on Eubank Jr on Saturday night at the O2 Arena in a grudge match for the IBO super middleweight world championship.
With only five professional fights under his belt at the time, Eubank Jr’s statement garnered large interest and ignited a rivalry.
DeGale has long denied he was taught a lesson by the Brightonian, while Eubank Jr himself has calmed talk of the incident during the build-up.

Both men will finally get to set the record straight on Saturday night in the standout British fight of the year so far.

The main event will not start before 10pm. That means that the ring walk can be expected to take place between 10-10.45pm
As ever with boxing cards, it is highly dependant on how the preceding fights play out.
The two prior supporting bouts are 12-round matches of three minutes per round, making the timings more unpredictable.
Eubank Jr will walk out first, given that DeGale occupies the left side of the bill.
