Oleksandr Usyk says he would fight Anthony Joshua 'tomorrow'
Boxing News - Eddie Hearn discusses Anthony Joshua’s next fight
Anthony Joshua could rematch Dillian Whyte in April if a heavyweight title unification bout with Deontay Wilder fails to come to fruition, according to the Olympian’s promoter Eddie Hearn.
“It depends on the Wilder fight really,” Hearn told Sky Sports. “I think if the Wilder fight doesn’t happen, then we could go [Dillian] Whyte, if he beats [Dereck] Chisora, and then [Oleksandr] Usyk after that, but a lot depends on what Usyk wants to do, and whether he feels like he’s ready.
“I think the AJ fight is a very, very, very tough fight for Usyk. AJ is very fast, and he’s very mobile, and I think Usyk will do better against slower heavyweights, who aren’t as mobile. But it’s going to end up being a monster fight at some point.”
Boxing News - Eddie Hearn talks up Liam Smith vs Gennady Golovkin
Hearn believes a fight between WBA super middleweight champion Callum Smith and former unified middleweight king Gennady Golovkin would sell out Anfield Stadium.
"I've spoken to Tom Loeffler [Golovkin’s promoter] about it before," Hearn said. “[But] not since the press conference last week though.
"That's my No.1 choice for Callum Smith. I think it's a fight that fills Anfield. It's a great profile fight, it's a great fight, full stop.

"Also, for Golovkin it gives him a chance to move up, do what 'Canelo' is doing, fight for the 'Super' title, and also for the 'Ring' magazine title at 168lbs."
"If he [Golovkin] is even close to the mark in terms of weight at middleweight, it might be a good option," Hearn continued.
"But whether he wants to take that risk before a possible third Canelo fight, I don't know."
Boxing News - Canelo predicts Errol Spence vs Mickey Garcia
Canelo Alvarez believes Mickey Garcia faces an almighty task to come out of his March 16 showdown with Errol Spence Jr victorious.
"I think that the two of them are good fighters, but Mikey has little experience fighting at welterweight,” Canelo told ESPN Deportes when discussing the welterweight class.
“I do not know if it's the first [fight for him at 147], but that could be the difference.
"Being left-handed, and being at 147 for a long time will be an advantage (for Spence). It will be a good fight, and my support, as always, is with the Mexican."
