American Crime Story: Viewers notice ENORMOUS historical blunder ‘I don’t understand’
AMERICAN CRIME STORY continued this evening, showing Andrew Cunanan making ends meet whilst slumming it throughout Miami, California - but as viewers inspected the timeline closer, they began to notice that something didn’t add up.

Tonight’s episode of American Crime Story saw Andrew (played by Darren Criss) meeting Ronnie Holston (Max Greenfield) for the first time.
As the pair bond over their common troubles, they found themselves stuck in Miami without any money, or any means to acquire any.
This issue lead to Andrew selling sex, after meeting an interested man on the beach, and subsequently threatening him for the cash.
After this event, viewers witnessed time progress as Andrew spent his days stalking Gianni Versace (Édgar Ramirez), waiting outside his house, taking photos of his property, and following him to a club.
American Crime Story: Was Andrew's plan thought out or an accident?
However some viewers on Reddit don’t quite understand how Andrew has timed this stalking and subsequent murder.
It was revealed earlier on in the episode that Versace would only have been in Miami for a short amount of time, making Andrew’s motives difficult to predetermine.
One fan explained: “So Versace was in Miami for only six days when he was shot but Andrew was in town for about two months.
“He was VERY, VERY low on cash.
American Crime Story: Andrew seems like he has planned everything out so far
Did it ever cross his mind that Versace might stay in Italy for months before he came back to Miami?
“I'm having a very tough time imagining how a young, broke dude would continue to live in Miami and stalk his house, day after day, with no results and yet still have the drive/ambition to remain in the city, despite risking getting caught.”
Andrew’s actions earlier on in the episode illustrated how he would make money to survive, and his interaction with the hotel worker proved that he could maintain a room for $30 a night, but how would he know how long to stay in Miami?
Another fan agreed: “Did it ever cross his mind that Versace might stay in Italy for months before he came back to Miami?
“If Andrew was such a die-hard fan of Versace, wouldn't he know that he would be in Milan for those months?”

However another group of fans simply acknowledged that Andrew’s character is insane, and that he does whatever it takes to get what he wants.
This was also illustrated earlier in the episode, when viewers saw him practicing lying in front of the mirror.
A viewer wrote: “Nothing Andrew did made sense. To him it did, I guess, but he’s complex.”
Today’s episode showed how dedicated Andrew is to carrying out his murders, but will it be revealed later on in the series that he simply got lucky with his timing?
American Crime Story continues Wednesday at 9pm on BBC Two.
