“It’ll be nice to see him.”
Following his initial admission, the “Voice of Strictly” later backtracked on the comments, confessing that he’d misunderstood the situation on his Twitter account.
“Sorry guys, it's not true about Len joining us on tour in Jan,” he posted. “I made a mistake while chatting to @RealLorraine this morning. Here is a link to all the info for the Strictly Live tour.”
Details of the upcoming tour stated that neither Len or Shirley will be involved, but judges Craig Revel Horwood, Darcey Bussell, and Bruno Tonioli will be fulfilling their usual duties critiquing the various contestants, joined by a live audience.

Two contestants from this year’s competition will also take part in the 20-date tour - Paralympic champion Jonnie Peacock, 27, and Scottish comedian Susan Calman, 43, travelling to cities such as London, Manchester and Glasgow.
Talking about her decision to continue her ballroom dancing journey, Susan enthused: “This is an absolute dream come true, I can’t wait to continue my Strictly adventure and visit these legendary arenas across the country. Roll on January!”
