The 42-year-old, who was joined by Charlie Stayt, was about to run through today's headlines when she told those watching at home what the time was.
Unfortunately, she failed to give the correct time as she noted: "It is three minutes to seven, three minutes to seven is the time.
"Well, it will be in about one second. News and weather where you are coming up shortly."
Naga found herself an hour behind and those tuning in at home rushed to comment on the gaffe.

Another added: "@BBCNaga nooooooo you nearly caused me to loose it this morning by giving us the wrong time lol thanks for the shock #bbcbreakfast.”(sic)
After the mistake was pointed out, Naga took to Twitter to apologise for her error.
"Oops - sorry - failed again to tell the time correctly - It is now 0800! x," she tweeted.

As the pair discussed the growing popularity of unicorn and inflatable products, the 55-year-old asked those tuning in to send images of "real" unicorns.
Naga appeared exasperated as she rolled her eyes following her co-hosts strange appeal.
