Britain’s Got Talent: Ant and Dec’s golden buzzer REVEALED as duo give comic a ‘big break'
BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT duo Ant and Dec finally pressed their golden buzzer tonight for comedic magician Matt Edwards.
Simon Cowell won over by BGT choir Perfect Pitch Creation
The Suffolk-born performer got off to a rocky start after offending Simon Cowell, 57, with a joke about Alesha Dixon’s underwear.
Though, the music mogul soon took a drastic U-turn midway through Matt’s intriguing salt-related trick to the tune of The Champs's classic track, Tequila.
"I've got to be honest when you started with that voice I thought it's going to be really annoying but you are brilliant,” said Simon.
"I'm surprised you haven't had a break yet Matthew because you're really likeable, and nuts.

"You've just got something about you, an energy. This is what we look for in these shows, people who have got star quality. I've just got a feeling about you."
Amanda Holden, 46, enthused: “You’re old-school with a twist, which is perfect for Britain's Got Talent.”
As Simon declared that it was time to vote, Ant and Dec ran on stage and screamed: “You don’t need to,” before launching themselves at the coveted golden buzzer.
After Matt explained that he’d been waiting for his big break, Ant and Dec said they’d picked him as their top act to give him a helping hand.

Dec elaborated: "He's 34-years-old and for some reason he hasn't been given the break up until now and we just wanted to be there and do it."
Ant added: "We were laughing so much I thought I was going to pee myself."
The golden buzzer sends Matt directly to the competition's live semi-final; an honour so far earned by teen singer Sarah Ikumu, female dance troupe Just Us and Malawian comic Daliso Chaponda.
