Michelle, 29, plays the 16th century Queen, who was eventually beheaded by her cousin, in a funny retelling of the story.
In a trailer for the episode, the star is seen with tousled hair lying on the bed with her lover, while inebriated comedians Lydia Rose Bewley and Jessica Knappett provide the running narration.
Mary's husband Lord Darnley then walks in and catches his wife in bed with her secretary.

This is Michelle's second time on the show as she previously starred as Queen Elizabeth I alongside Jack Whitehall.
The star, who is married to reality favourite Mark Wright, has recently been tipped to appear on the upcoming celebrity version of the Great British Bake Off.
Michelle is thought to be eager to sign up to the Channel 4 programme but is currently very busy with other acting commitments.

A source told The Sun on Sunday: “They’ve made signing up names for the celebrity special priority and Michelle Keegan is top of the list, as she is apparently a very keen baker.
“She is also a real Bake Off fan and thinks it would be a fun thing to do. The issue is whether or not she can fit it in with her other work projects.”
Drunk History returns tomorrow night at 10pm on Comedy Central.
