Strictly Come Dancing 'adds twin doctors Chris and Xand Van Tulleken' to star-studded bill
STRICTLY COME DANCING has signed up its first pair of identical twins, according to reports.
Strictly Come Dancing has reportedly signed TV doctors Chris and Xand Van Tulleken
The BBC One dance competition is believed to have secured doctors Chris and Xand Van Tulleken, best known for presenting BAFTA winning CBBC series Operation Ouch! as well as a string of other medical documentaries.
It's claimed showmakers are hoping that pitting the siblings against one another will boost ratings.
"Chris and Xand are both intelligent, charismatic guys who the audience are sure to warm to. And watching how they compete would be fascinating," a source told The Sun.

They added: "Chris is quite on board with the idea, but Xand still needs to be persuaded. So now they are really pulling out the stops to convince him to go ahead."
A representative for Strictly Come Dancing refused to comment.
Meanwhile, it's also been reported that model Daisy Lowe has landed a slot on the star-studded bill.
It's believed that the 26-year-old star will showcase her dancing skills on the new series, with producers hoping that she will lure a younger audience.

"Daisy is a great signing - she's one of the girls at the moment," an insider told the Daily Star.
"She's part of that trendy young Primrose Hill set and is quite edgy compared to a lot of those who normally sign up," they added of the beauty, who is the daughter of Bush rocker Gavin Rossdale and fashion designer Pearl Lowe.
It's claimed that the statuesque stunner - who is also working on launching her acting career - has already been in training for the upcoming series, which returns in September.
"The show doesn't start for over two months but she has already started practising. She's taking it really seriously and wants to do well," the source added.
