Bake Off: Creme de la Creme viewers more concerned with Dustin Hoffman's chef doppleganger
BAKE OFF: CREME DE LA CREME debuted on BBC Two tonight, however there was only one thing fans were talking about and it wasn't the delicious creations.
Dustin Hoffman
Marks & Spencer dessert developers on Bake Off - Creme de la Crème
Viewers took to Twitter in their droves to discuss pastry chef Graham, who bares an uncanny resemblance to a certain Hollywood mega star: Dustin Hoffman.
The hunky cook, who by day tests desserts for Marks And Spencers, managed to overshadow the amazing sweets the three teams of three came up with to fit the very tricky briefs.
With his dark grey hair and cheeky smile, Graham no doubt would be flattered after being compared to the 78-year-old Academy Award winner.
"I never knew Dustin Hoffman was a pastry chef! #bakeoffcremedelacreme," one person remarked just minutes into the first instalment.
Dustin Hoffman's got a lookalike and he's on Bake Off: Creme de la Creme
Viewers were transfixed by the actor's doppleganger tonight
"#bakeoffcremedelacreme the icing tree looks great I'd give Dustin an Oscar for that display," another viewer later added.
Hosted by Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge, the programme sees 15 teams of professionals from a string of high-end hotels and restaurants compete to prepare desserts in an effort to impress the picky panel.
Bake Off: Creme de la Creme continues next Tuesday at 8pm on BBC Two.
