The 58-year-old star proved he can still sizzle – off the dance floor – as he took to the kitchen with Natalie Lowe.
Taking inspiration from their upcoming first performance on the BBC ballroom extravaganza, Ainsley cooked up a delicious moules Mariniere.
The couple will be dancing the tango to Voulez Vous by Abba and the performance is going to be set in a Parisian bar.
Professional dancer Natalie promised to teach Ainsley all the moves if he taught her a thing or two in the kitchen.

Last night Carol Kirkwood, Daniel O'Donell, Anthony Agogo, Helen George, Kellie Bright and Anita Rani were the first celebrities to brave the dance floor.
Luckily for all the celebrities, there will be no public vote or elimination this weekend.
