The 48-year-old TV presenter got up close and personal with boxer Chris Eubank this morning as she spoke to him during a feature on dads showing their children affection.
The broadcaster was clearly enjoying her moment with 49-year-old Chris and told him: "It's really made me better, thanks for that."
She added: "I think Chris Eubanks has ignited something," before saying she wanted today to be "hug day".
Chris is father to three boys Joseph, Sebastian and Christopher Jr. and daughter Emily. He told Kate and Susanna Reid that he wanted his children to hug him with both hands rather than just with one.

The father-of-four explained: "I'm very boring to my children, of course every dad is", before going on to say: "In terms of cuddling, I suppose I do."
He admitted that he hugged his wife with both hands and brought her in close to him every time they shared an embrace.
Despite being a boxer, Chris revealed that he was "very soft" and said he would even hug a stranger if they had "good manners".

"We're very soft, we're very sensitive because we are fighters," Chris said.
"If you're a frustrated fighter, you might want to prove you can fight," he added.
GMB also interviewed fathers and sons at a football match about whether or not they show affection to each other, with most people interviewed saying that they didn't hug.
