The 55-year-old actress – who was left paralysed following her diagnosis with the superbug – will present a feature on ITV daytime show This Morning.
Leslie – who famously suffered a permanently damaging allergic reaction to lip fillers, will front a segment about botched cosmetic surgery which is set to air on Tuesday.
The star is expected to talk about her own experience which saw her face permanently altered in 2002.
Leslie told the Sunday Mirror: "What I thought was just a normal filler turned out to be industrial silicone and my body wasn't breaking it down, so I had big problem. I should have done my homework... It was an unregulated filler and I paid the price."

Appearing on ITV show Lorraine, she said: "It’s a profound grief of losing your identity, my job. I used to love acting, I still do act, but not as much as I did."
The actress added she finally felt "awake" after coming off antidepressants, and is now able to walk again.
"I just thought, 'actually, I don’t like them' because they don’t let you finish your conversation or finish your sentence. You have a big bits of your life missing… I’ve taken quite a long time to get off them… and I feel really awake now, it’s brilliant," Leslie said.
