What is THAT? News reporter freaks out over huge flying insect LIVE on air
THIS is the moment a TV reporter lost his composure after a giant flying insect flew towards his face.
Brad Wills freaks out over the insect live on air
The Fox 5 journalist Brad Wills was live on air on a beach in San Diego, California and was midway through a report when he encountered the big, black bug which nearly flew into his face.
Weather anchor Brad was sent into a panic as he attempted to dodge and duck out of the way from the creature whilst yelling: "Ah! What's that?"
He tried to swat the insect away with some papers he was holding in one hand, which seemed to work as it appeared to lose interest in Brad.
When the airborne beetle-like creature had flown off, the broadcaster managed to pull it back together and tried to casually pretend he hadn't been completely freaked out by an insect.

Brad Wills dodges the bug
"That's because it's hot outside… stuff like that happens," Brad said as calmly as possible before adding: "Was that live? Are we live? Oh brother…"
His colleagues in the studio found the whole incident hilarious and watching it back said that he needed to "shake it off".
It appears that Brad's momentary freak out caught the attention of the internet and the incident was turned into a GIF, while someone else compared the broadcaster's expression to Breaker from the Muppets.
