A couple's dream of a peaceful glamping experience turned into a "nightmare" on Channel 4's Four In A Bed.
During the fourth episode of the popular reality series, where couples vie for the title of best B&B, hosts Anton and Emma welcomed their guests to a luxury glamping site in Devon on Thursday's show (July 4).
However, not all were thrilled with the prospect of 'roughing it' in style. Married duo Shelia and Phil were particularly dismayed, with Shelia declaring her disdain for the outdoor adventure upon arrival.
Phil attempted to find charm in the rural setting, remarking, "Well, it's rural." Only to be met with Shelia's blunt response: "My worst nightmare Phil!"

Despite Phil's efforts to enjoy the natural surroundings, Shelia remained unimpressed and even challenged host Anton over the accommodation, pointing out the disparity between his comfortable abode and her tented quarters, reports the Mirror.
In a pointed exchange, Shelia confronted Anton, saying, "You say you love to sleep under the stars but you're sleeping in a house and you put me in a tent. So why don't you swap? ".
Anton offered a swap, highlighting the unique feature of their stay: "Well you're absolutely welcome to swap, Shelia. One thing that I don't have in my house is a beautiful panoramic fire."
Unconvinced, Shelia retorted with a practical concern: "You've got an indoor toilet though."

Anton had a quick reply, noting the proximity of facilities: "You have an indoor toilet except you have to walk 100 yards to get to it."
However, Shelia's icy demeanour didn't end there. The morning after an uncomfortable night's sleep, she and Phil were adamant about making a swift exit.
Adding insult to injury, the couple declined the breakfast offered by hosts Anton and Emma, leaving Emma quite surprised.
Earlier in the week, Shelia and Phil had been in control, hosting at their quaint B&B in Weston-super-Mare, where they faced their own set of problems.
Shortly after their guests arrived, some were quick to point out issues with their rooms. Mother-daughter duo Pam and Maya went a step further, informing Shelia that her cleaning was not up to scratch.
Before settling into her room, Pam returned downstairs to inform Shelia that she had found hairs in her bathroom, even showing her a photo on her phone as proof.
