A Place in the Sun house-hunters, Caroline and Gary, ended up buying their dream home but later admitted to being upset. They were on a quest for a three-bedroom property in Valencia on today's episode, which was hosted by Jasmine Harman.
She took them to explore five properties around this sunny Spanish region.
With a total budget of £150,000, the couple needed a roomy property for their large brood of nine kids. Caroline and Gary were quite amazed by what they could get within their budget and fell head over heels for a beautiful home in Pendrabia.
The Pendrabia property stood out with its four bedrooms, a bar and a swimming pool. The duo were moved as they toured this fantastic home.
Overcome with emotion, they decided on the spot and shed tears of joy when they bought the property for just under their budget at £148,000.

Caroline expressed her gratitude towards the show in a chat on the official A Place in the Sun website once the filming wrapped. She said: "The crew was lovely and Jasmine too. We definitely wouldn't have ended up going to buy the place if we hadn't gone on the show."
Their adventure in Valencia was their first time visiting the region, where they shared their plans for some exterior renovations around the house and painting the pool area. Upon arrival, Caroline disclosed that the house required a bit of refurbishment.

However, Caroline expressed her disappointment as she revealed she hadn't been able to visit as often as they would have liked and had only travelled to the home once since they bought the house.
She mentioned: "We've had some family health matters to deal with. She added: "But I really hope that we can all gather together there as a family before too long there are no more trips planned as yet. ".
