The haunted house owner says his display complies with regulations
The display, which was launched to advertise the 13 Rooms of Doom haunted house, is in its second year.
According to a letter sent by Ohio's Sycamore Town council, the undead exhibit is violating the zoning code which doesn't allow structures to be located in the front or side garden of a building if it takes up more than 35 per cent of that area.
The haunted house owner, who says his scene complies with these rules, is refusing to back down.

Mr Dixon has also revealed he plans to give any donations he doesn't spend on this year's display to charity.
He believes this will be the final year he puts up the eerie Christmas setting.
