Detroit shooting: More gun horror as one dead and 11 injured at party
ONE person has died and nine people are injured after a mass shooting at a party in Detroit.
A 20-year-old man has died during a party in Detroit
The fatality was 20 years old and died on the spot after suffering multiple wounds.
Another man was critically injured while five seriously injured men were taken to hospital alongside three women.
Police chief Steve Dolunt said: "I think one individual was the target, the others just happened to be at this party."

The shooting took place on a basketball court at at Dexter Avenue and Webb Street, on the west of the city.
Gunshots were heard on as the open air party, attended by many children, was in full swing.
Police believe two semi-automatic weapons were used in the attack – and are now hunting for the gunman.
Journalist Priya Mann said: "It is an active scene with the police searching the basketball court and surrounding area for any evidence of the shooter.
"It was a neighbourhood community event where people were trying to provide their children with something to do, including playing basketball, but it ended in gunfire."
