‘Knifeman’ arrested in Oxford Street - Police storm London shopping road
A 'KNIFEMAN' has been arrested on London's Oxford Street, police have confirmed.

Witnesses are believed to have seen the man carrying a weapon just ten minutes before officers race to the scene.
At least five police cars are believed to have stopped to apprehend the suspect on the busy shopping street as scores of people walked by.
He has since been taken into custody, with police confirming there were "no reports of injuries".

The quick response from police comes just hours after a man was shot dead in France after killing two and injuring others with a knife.
Soldiers managed to take out the rampaging knifeman at Gare de Marseille-Saint-Charles station in Marseille.
A Reuters police source claimed the attacker screamed “Allahu Akbar” meaning God is great, as he stabbed two women.
Police have said it is "likely" to be a terror attack.
