DONALD Trump has tonight vowed to help bring those responsible for the London terror attack to justice.

The US President made the promise to Theresa May during a phone conversation in the wake of the horrific attack.
Mr Trump offered his condolences and hailed the Metropolitan Police's "effective response", a White House spokesman said.
He added: "He pledged the full cooperation and support of the US Government in responding to the attack and bringing those responsible to justice."

Rex Tillerson, the US Secretary of State, added: "On behalf of the United States, I send my condolences to the victims and their families.
"The American people send their thoughts and prayers to the people of the United Kingdom.
"We condemn these horrific acts of violence, and whether they were carried out by troubled individuals or by terrorists, the victims know no difference."

Mrs May was ushered away from Parliament after the attack to chair a meeting of the Government's emergency Cobra committee.
A Number 10 spokesman said: "The thoughts of the Prime Minister and the Government are with those killed and injured in this appalling incident, and with their families.
"The Prime Minister is being kept updated and will shortly chair Cobra."

Footage has also emerged of the moment Mr Trump learned of the terror attack, which left at least four people dead.
Preparing to speak to media from Washington DC, the US leader said: "Hearing some big news having to do with London. It just happened."
Other world leaders have condemned the incident and paid tribute to the victims.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel said: "Germany stands firmly and resolutely by Britain's side when it comes to fighting any kind of terrorism."
A spokesman for Francois Hollande said the French president "conveyed the solidarity of France in this tragic ordeal" during a phone call.
And Dutch PM Mark Rutte said: " The British can count on our support. We are monitoring the situation closely and are in contact with the British authorities."
It is the first mass-casualty terror attack in London since 7/7
Canadian PM Justin Trudeau added: "Our thoughts are with the victims of today's attack in London and their families.
"Canadians remain united with the people of the UK."
And Australian leader Malcolm Turnbull said: "Australia stands in resolute solidarity with the people of Britain in war against terrorism."
