Footage from the CCTV recording shows the man – wearing a jacket with the party’s rosette attached – relieving himself at the side of the property in Northwood.
In a second clip, the man appears to push his way into Majorie Pinches’ home after he is confronted by the 73-year-old.
He begs the pensioner to let him use her toilet before repeatedly apologising when she tells him to “go away”.

The campaigner had been canvassing ahead of the by-election on Thursday where Ukip leader Paul Nuttall hopes to win the seat from Labour.
Police are now reviewing the footage as part of their investigation into Sunday morning’s incident.
The great-grandmother, who lives alone in the property, said she now feels more wary about answering the door.

She told the Stoke Sentinel: “I automatically put the cameras on before I opened the front door, I always do. I saw this man who had put the leaflet through.
“After he did that I saw him having a good look round the side of my house and then he started to urinate up my fence.
"I went out and had a word with him and then before I could shut my front door, he put his foot on the step and he was saying he wanted to use my toilet.
"I said, 'you are not coming in' and then he had got his shoulder in the door and was pushing, trying to get in. The door was pushing on my leg and it was painful."

Ukip has since apologised for the occurrence. A spokesman said the 78-year-old party member, who recently had treatment on his prostate, had been “caught short”.
They told the paper: “He found what he thought was a quiet alleyway and relieved himself.
"However, a local resident saw him and was understandably annoyed. The member was mortified and tried to apologise."
