SHOCK WARNING: Sex robots could KILL OFF the human race by 'over-exerting' their lovers
SEX robots could kill off the human race by “over-exerting” their lovers to the point of collapse, according to an expert.
What sex robots might look like INSIDE
Swiss researcher Oliver Bendel told the Love and Sex and Robots Conference at Goldsmith’s University the proliferation of sex robots could have a physical effect on their human partners.
He claimed that if machine ethics are not addressed before the sex robots hit the market, they could end up doing humans much harm.
Far from actually warning of the dangers of oversexed robots, Bendel encouraged their use - but revealed he wanted to ensure strict ethical guidelines are put into practice to ensure they don’t “f**k us to death”.
It is feared sex robots could have a drastic effect on childbirth rates
Speaking at the second annual conference, he said: “If the machine over-exerts the human, it reduces the possibility of human sex.”
He argued if people begin using sex robots more and more frequently, it will decrease the need and even desire for actual human contact and intimacy.
While the coming virtual reality sex market, which will allow users to spend countless hours in fictional worlds, will only serve to exaggerate that decline.
It is thought sex with robots could be the new norm

And in turn, that could have a drastic effect on childbirth rates.
The comments come as experts warned the bots could become the “norm” and could spell the end of marriages as sex between married couples becomes less regular.
But sex blogger and relationships author Girl on the Net says its unlikely anyone will be killed by overusing a sex robot.
Devices on the market are currently priced at around £7,000
Bendel warned the prevalence of bots could reduce the possibility of human sex
She said: “Thanks to Bendel, and others who are exploring these questions as artificial intelligence develops, sex robots will likely have a built-in kill switch (or “kill the mood” switch) to prevent anyone from being trapped in a nightmare sex marathon with a never-tiring machine.”
Devices on the market - such as Rocky or Roxxxy True Companion - are currently priced at around £7,000, but as the technology behind them develops they are expected to become more affordable in coming years.
Some Artificial Intelligence (AI) experts are warning that affordable sex robots could lead generations to grow up with an unrealistic idea of sex.
