Ferrari brutalises Remoaners: 'You can’t base entire country on Richmond’s educated elite!
NICK FERRARI has savaged implications that Richmond Park speaks for the entire country just because it is the most educated constituency in Britain.
Nick Ferrari hits out against elite over referendum result
The Pledge co-host appeared utterly exasperated on Thursday evening after his colleagues hinted it was only uneducated Britons who wanted to leave the European Union.
Gleeful Remainers cheered on Friday after it became clear Lib Dem candidate Sarah Olney, who has vowed to fight against Brexit, was announced the new MP for the pro-EU constituency.
In the June referendum, 72 per cent of Richmond constituents voted to Remain in the red-tape obsessed bloc and Ms Olney’s anti-exit sentiment was an integral part of her campaign.
However, Ferrari dismissed the newly-elected MP’s defeat of former Tory MP Zac Goldsmith, as he said the educated elite did not speak for the entire country.

He said: “Richmond Park is not Britain. Richmond Park is the most educated constituency in the whole of the country.
“More education and qualifications in Richmond Park than anywhere else in Britain. And also other factors were in play.”
Taking a dig at the Daily Express columnist, co-host Rachel Johnson shot in: “So educated people would not vote for Brexit, is that what you just said?”
“Oh yes of course because people who aren’t educated… That is so supercilious of you,” Ferrari thundered in response.
Nick Ferrari: Government shouldn't pay for English lessons
Richmond Park is not Britain
Refusing to back down, Johnson continued: “You said Richmond was the most educated Borough in Britain and they all voted Remain. Think of the implications of what you said.”
Having none of it, Ferrari roared the fact Richmond had such a high percentage of residents with high education meant they could not speak for the entire UK population.
Hitting out against the suggestion, he blasted: “What I am saying is therefore you can’t base the entire country on Richmond Park.
“Just because you don’t have an A Level doesn’t mean you can’t vote, that is the trouble with you lot you just don’t get it.”
During the Sky programme the fiery radio host also clashed with colleague Afua Hirsch for suggesting the taxpayers should pay for immigrants’ English lessons.
Slating the suggestion, Ferrari thundered: “If I go live in France, right, I don’t expect the government to pay me to learn how to speak French.
“I’ve got to do it myself. Likewise if I go like anywhere else in the world.
“Why the hell should the people here, who are already paying taxes until they squeak, why should they suddenly pay more money?”
