'Go home to Africa' Anti-refugee stickers spotted on lampposts in Cambridge
STICKERS have appeared on lampposts in a park in Cambridge emblazoned with the slogans 'Refugees not welcome' and 'Go home to Africa'.
Some residents have torn off the 'Not' on the 'Refugees Not Welcome' stickers
It is feared that the stickers, which were spotted in the Romsey Recreation Ground in Cambridge, could inspire hate crimes and could be replicated across other communities in the UK.
They are a parody of 'Refugees Welcome' campaign stickers, which aim to promote inclusion.
Cambridge MP Daniel Zeichner has urged residents to "bin" the stickers.

"We want to make it clear that stickers of this nature are not welcome in Cambridge, or in fact any part of our county.
"We welcome any information from members of the public who may know who is responsible. Please call 101."
