F1 heiress Petra Eccelstone's home firebombed ‘out of spite'
THE home of Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone and her billionaire husband has been firebombed, it was revealed today.
Petra Ecclestone lives in Kensington and Chelsea with her husband
The super-rich couple say the culprit is a “disaffected member of the public” who disapproves of their lifestyle.
The home-made bomb exploded next to Ms Ecclestone’s Range Rover outside the £66million west London home she shares with businessman James Stunt.
Billionaire art collector Mr Stunt is well known for travelling around London with a cavalcade of blacked-out Rolls-Royce Phantoms.

The 34-year-old recently took delivery of a unique £3.1million Lamborghini supercar to add to his growing collection of flashy motors.
And he is regularly spotted visiting Harrods and various high-end auction houses like Sotheby’s while surrounded by bodyguards.
A spokesman for the couple said the attack is “thought to be the action of a disaffected member of the public who disapproves of the Stunts’ lifestyle”.

Two men were spotted on CCTV running away from the property. A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “Police were called to reports of a fire outside a residential property in Kensington and Chelsea.
“Officers and the London Fire Brigade attended the scene.”
The couple, who have three young children, were not home during the attack on April 24.
Socialite, model and fashion designer, Ms Ecclestone, 27, is the youngest daughter of billionaire Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone and model Slavica Ecclestone.
She married Mr Stunt in Rome in 2011, wearing an £80,000 dress by designer Vera Wang.

The whole wedding reportedly cost £12million. They have a three-year-old daughter called Lavinia and 11-month old twin sons James and Andrew.
Ms Ecclestone has upped security at the mansion following the incident.
A neighbour said yesterday that she was “unsettled” by the attack on the 10-bedroom house.
The woman in her 50s, who declined to be named, said: “I knew absolutely nothing about the attack but they’ve upped the number of security guards.
“It’s pretty unsettling, I have to say.”
The family were not home at the time
Meanwhile, Petra’s elder sister, Tamara Ecclestone, has revealed she is finally “at peace” in her life as she spoke out publicly to address “tiresome” divorce rumours.
Tamara, who is about to celebrate her third wedding anniversary with businessman Jay Rutland, urged people not to “invent and spread” rumours about their relationship.
It followed months of speculation that a court case involving Mr Rutland had put strain on the marriage.
