British Airways cross appeal at European Court of Human Rights
A CHRISTIAN sent home by British Airways for wearing a cross at work has appealed to the European court of human rights.
Nadia Eweida, 59, of Twickenham, west London, wants to stop firms discriminating against staff wearing religious jewellery.
She lost her legal battle against BA, but the company now allows the Heathrow check-in attendant to wear her cross.
