George Osborne's doctor brother ruled fit to work
THE doctor brother of Chancellor George Osborne was given the go-ahead yesterday to resume practising medicine.
Adam Osborne, 33, was suspended for illegally supplying drugs to a prostitute girlfriend.
He was rapped by the General Medical Council for acting in a “misleading” and “dishonest” manner.

Dr Osborne was found guilty of serious misconduct for falsifying prescriptions for powerful anti-psychotic drugs and sedatives for the cocaine-addicted woman.
He also admitted obtaining contraceptive pills for his future wife and getting the anti-smoking drug Zyban for a family member. He was suspended for six months in February – a decision that was highly embarrassing for the psychiatrist, his family and in-laws, who are devout Muslims.
But yesterday a GMC panel ruled his fitness to practise was no longer impaired and he can resume his career from September 29.
A GMC panel told him: “You have demonstrated that you regret your actions. ”
