Police thank public after missing girl, 11, traced
The youngster was missing for well over 24 hours.
Kaitlyn Easson has now been missing almost 24 hours
Police have traced an 11-year-old Scottish girl Kaitlyn Easson after becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare. Kaitlyn Easson, from Galashiels, was last seen at about 5.45pm on Sunday, February 5, at the Interchange in the centre of the town, and an appeal was made in a bid to find her.
Galashiels is in the Scottish Borders region
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "We can confirm Kaitlyn Easson reported missing from Galashiels has been traced safe and well. Thank you to all who shared our appeals."
