A BURGLAR wanted by police for prison recall has been described as the UK version of "hot felon" Jeremy Meeks - after his mugshot was released.
Sue Gray report: Met Police request ‘minimal reference’
West Yorkshire Police released the image of Jonathan Cahill, 37, in a bid to find him as he is wanted on prison recall. Cahill was released from prison last September after serving part of a sentence for burglary.
Police believe he has breached the terms of his release and has been recalled to prison.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said: "Officers are continuing enquiries to locate Cahill, who is described as being of medium build and approximately six feet tall.
"He is believed to be currently residing in Wakefield."
However, police have received more than 7,000 messages from admirers hoping to catch him before cops do, Hull Live reported.
