Brexit: Lack of UK contribution causing 'concern' for EU says IDS
The Sunday Express understands civil servants failed to report certain IT problems in order to hinder operations as they didn't like Brexit. The allegations were made by a former contractor to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) who claimed members of the departments Digital Data and Technology Services (DDTS) did not hide their contempt for Brexit or Boris Johnson.
Following this news, Daily Express readers took to Facebook to express their anger at the news.
Stephen Bowers said: "Out with the old, in with the new.
"Time to get rid of the Remainers wherever they may be.
"Start fresh with positive people and make this work!"
Maggie Hatton said: "Aren't they supposed to serve the Government and the people?"
Another said: "It's been obvious Brexit sabotage has continually been happening for years.
"It's the right move to clear the obstructions.
"Good move Pirti and Boris."

Another person wrote: "Get rid of those civil servants who sabotaged the work being done; review and cull; slim down the departments and let's get on with it!"
Before being removed from her job during the Cabinet reshuffle, Secretary of State for Defra, Theresa Villiers launched an investigation into the matter.
She said: "I was shocked and I asked for an investigation immediately.”
A spokesman for the department also denied the allegations.

They said: "These allegations are fundamentally untrue.
“Defra has made extensive preparations ahead of the end of the transition period, which is why we brought in new skills to build brand new national IT systems.
“These were delivered in record time and we have consistently received positive feedback from industry users that have tested these services.”
The news of the allegation comes as The Sunday Telegraph has reported Mr Johnson has drawn up a list of senior civil servants he wants removed.
According to the reports, three permanent secretaries could be removed by the Prime Minister.
Senior Tories said No 10 sees Sir Tom Scholar, the Treasury permanent secretary is "offside" on Brexit.
Sir Tom is joined on the list by Sir Philip Rutnam who has clashed with Home Secretary, Priti Patel.
It emerged last week that Ms Patel had tried to remove Sir Philip from his post.
Allies of the Home Secretary had claimed he had long been "obstructing" Home Secretaries.
Sir Simon McDonald of the Foreign Office is the third who could be removed.
