Central Line DELAYS: Rush hour chaos due to engineering works on London Underground
THE Central Line has been delayed this morning due to a late finish to engineering works earlier at White City causing commuters to struggle to get to work.
The Central Line warned of the late running engineering works this morning on Twitter saying that London Underground tickets are being accepted on local bus services.
Social media users have taken to Twitter to complain about their struggles this morning.
Steve tweeted: "Thank you central line for the late running engineering works on a Tuesday morning, now in sever risk of missing flight to holiday.”
Another social media user said: “Central line is becoming pathetic. Trains are never on time.”
No service between White City and Ealing Broadway westbound only due to late finish to engineering work at White City. London Underground tickets are being accepted on local bus services.

Anoter person said: "It’s peak rush hour and people need to know what’s actually happening so they can make decisions about how to get to work! When there are delays I usually get more timely and accurate info from other commuters replying to @centralline tweets. Please try and sort it out."
At 7am, the Central Line was reporting “minor delays due to late finish to engineering works”.
The Central line is a London Underground line that runs through central London, from Epping, Essex, in the north-east to Ealing Broadway and West Ruislip in the west.
