Although she's been in and out of hospital over the past couple of months, Katie is now well on the way to recovery and posed confidently on the red carpet at tonight's event, held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.
Teaming a classic white pencil dress with a pair of metallic open-toe stilettos, Katie smiled for photographers with one hand on her hip.
She tied her locks back off her face and showed off her natural beauty with minimal make-up.
Other stars to attend tonight's bash included Barbara Windsor, who looked cute as ever on the red carpet in a pale green dress that she wore with tights and black kitten heels.

Katie, who was a victim of a horrific acid attack seven years ago, has recently had to have scar tissued removed from her throat and a stent inserted.
This resulted in her being constantly admitted to hospital, however she's been keeping her followers updated on her recovery and has finally started to gain some of the weight that she lost while she was ill.
Sitting on the sofa with an empty bowl after enjoying some soup, Katie posted on Instagram recently: "Time to move on to the ice cream. Gaining weight now but will probably end up with diabetes at the end of all this."
She also recently celebrated being out of hospital with a holiday to Dubai, alongside her daughter Belle and fiancé Richard James Sutton.

The incredibly brave presenter announced her engagement back in December.
Now the happy couple are in the midst of planning their wedding, with Katie telling Express.co.uk earlier this year: "We hope to get married this year but we still haven’t even chosen the venue.
"I’m looking at dresses and he’s like ‘shouldn’t we set a date first?'" she laughed.
"I think it’s fun and romantic and exciting – but there’s a lot to do.
"There’s a lot of post-it notes on the fridge asking my boyfriend to ‘check this supplier' or 'ring this venue’ but he tends to ignore them," she jokingly added.
