And Chloe Madeley had her hunky boyfriend for support when she made a beeline for the gym in London today.
The fitness fanatic clung onto James Haskell's muscly arm prior to their work-out, after opting for an all-black outfit.
The 27-year-old teamed her plain T-Shirt with tight-fitting leggings, which came complete with fluorescent writing on the side.
Carrying a large holdall on her shoulder, Chloe - the daughter of presenters Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan - left her tresses down after completing her low-key ensemble with a bright yellow sports bra.

The blonde star opted for black leggings and a plain Tee
England rugby star, James, 29, meanwhile opted for shorts, despite the cold temperatures, and a grey Tee.
Chloe updated followers on her fitness regime on Thursday, following her defeat to Joey Essex on the Channel 4 winter sports reality show.
Captioning a post of her toned physique, she wrote: "I was in Austria for six weeks and was 100 per cent spotless with my diet until about week four, when the exhaustion kicked in and my only plan of action was to counteract it with a MASSIVE surplus of calories.
"Every time I was off the mountain I was eating. I only gained 10lbs which is pretty minimal given what I was eating."

She added: "My fatty weight ALWAYS goes to my lower stomach and although I look quite lean this morning, I won't come lunchtime! I have a cover shoot in a week so I'm really going hard at the gym."
The photos saw Chloe dressed in little more than underwear, complete with grey crop top and two-tone knickers.
Chloe previously said her famous presenter parents were too worried to even watch her taking part in The Jump.
