IT WAS the storyline that gripped the nation as Lucy Beale's murderer was finally revealed, but fans were shocked to find out 11-year-old Bobby was implicated.

EastEnders revealed last night it was Bobby Beale who dealt the fatal blow to his half-sister Lucy last April.
The murder-mystery that gripped the nation was something of an anticlimax for many fans who were in disbelief a young boy could murder a grown women.
Twitter was awash with reactions from the show, with many dubbing the 'flashback' episode and its announcement as "disappointing".
One fan said: "Well Eastenders was truly f****** s**** and the writers should be sacked because that was the worse plot twist in history. What a waste."

Some users were a little more angry about the result, with one releasing a tirade of abuse onto the web: "Eastenders was actually really s***, no f****** way could Bobby kill a full grown woman #nah #bulls***"
It has also transpired there is a teenage girl in America called Bobbi Beale, who has received abuse from confused EastEnders fans.
The youngster tweeted last night: "Why are 3 people from Scotland that I don't know, tweeting me about killing someone named Lucy…"
There is one episode left this evening to clear up the Lucy murder for fans
Despite spelling her name differently, it would seem fans were intend on tweeting the teenager to ask questions about the murder.
Bobbi took control of the situation and posted a picture of herself on Twitter saying: "#IdidntKillLucy."
EastEnders actor Danny Dyer announced Bobby killed Lucy, saying: "So.........Damien lives....666......the shifty little mug.......roll on tomorrow."
There is one more live episode of EastEnders to watch this evening, which will show fans how Lucy's body was moved from her home to where she was found dead.
