Harry visited the London Ambulance Service, one of many workplaces around the UK committed to promoting the mental wellbeing of their workforce and who run a Time to Talk Day event.
The day is held on the first Thursday in February and aims to bring the nation together to get talking and break the silence around psychological problems.
Its aims mirror those of the umbrella organisation Heads Together, founded by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Harry, which wants to change the national conversation around mental health to a positive one.
Run by the organisation Time To Change, the theme of this year's Time to Talk Day is Conversations change lives.

During the visit London Ambulance Service staff told the prince how the support of their colleagues has helped them overcome difficult times in their lives.
He heard from 999 control room staff and ambulance crews about the importance of being able to talk to colleagues about how they are feeling and what challenges they may be coping with.

Harry then joined staff in the service's own Time to Talk Day event, where he found out more about the organisation's Linc network.
Linc, which stands for Listening, Informal, Non-judgmental, Confidential, is a voluntary network of staff who can listen and support their peers.
