Meghan Markle RETURNS to north west for first royal engagements of 2019 with Prince Harry
MEGHAN Markle, like the rest of us, is back to work this month with royal engagements in northwest England with Prince Harry, Kensington Palace has confirmed

Meghan Markle, who is pregant with her first child, will join Prince Harry in Birkenhead next Monday, January 14, for a number of engagements in the Wirral area. The Duke and Duchess of Susex will visit a number of local organisations that support and empower groups within the local community, according the Palace's accouncement. These include Tomorrow's Women Wirral and 'The Hive' – the Wirral Youth Zone.
Women's empowerment is a cause close to Meghan's heart. Prior to joining the Royal Family, the Duchess served as the UN Women’s Advocate for Women’s Political Participation and Leadership and Meghan has repeatedly spoken on the issue.
It is also expected that Meghan will pursue partonages in the new year with women's empowerment at the forefront.
Meghan and Harry are expecting their first royal baby in Spring, and the Duchess' blooming baby bump has become very prominent in the last few months.
The pregant Duchess was seen cradling her baby bump at her last engagement at Royal Variety Charity's Brinsworth House before the royals headed up to the Queen’s Sandringham estate in Norfolk for Christmas.

The Duchess said she was “feeling very pregnant” as she chatted with residents at the home.
One Christmas Day Meghan joined other members of the Royal Family for the Queen's traditional visit to church at Sandringham.
Meghan dazzled in a dark dress and coat ensemble with a matching hat.
She was seen chatting with Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, putting to bed an alleged feud between the two sisters-in-law.
Kate looked stunning in a festive crimson coat and hat as the two Duchess' beamed alongside their husbands and Prince Charles – Camilla was ill with a cold.
Meghan visited North West England for her first official engagement with the Queen in Cheshire in June 2018 – just weeks after her fairytale wedding to Harry in St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.
