Corbyn ally ruthlessly MOCKED online after Labour Live selfie slip
A TOP Corbyn ally has been mercilessly mocked on social media after making a selfie slip up on Twitter at the very first Labour Live festival.
Barry Gardiner MP for Brent North shared on the social media site that he enjoyed the headline act at Saturday’s north London event.
The Shadow International Development Secretary tweeted: “So loved Clean Bandit at Labour Live.
“Couldn’t resist asking them for a selfie afterwards.”
However, eagle-eyed social media users have pointed out that the photograph is not a selfie, and they suggested the people pictured are not members of the band Clean Bandit.
So loved @cleanbandit set at #Labourlive.

Conservative MP Paul Masterton was one of the many who mocked Mr Gardiner.
He responded to the photo: “This is not Clean Bandit.
“This is not a selfie.”
The Deputy Chairman of the Tories also took the opportunity to mock Corbyn’s frontbencher.
This is not Clean Bandit.

James Cleverly said: “It’s not a selfie if someone else is taking it, it’s just a photograph.
“It’s not Clean Bandit …. well, if it’s not Clean Bandit!”
However, while the two people pictured are not the three front members of the electro-pop band, they are regular backing musicians for the hit makers.
The pair were identified as Yasmin Green and Braimah Kanneh-Mason.
It’s not a #selfie if someone else is taking it, it’s just a photograph.

Labour Live: 'There were more journalists than people' Ferrari
It is not the first time a member of the Kanneh-Mason family has caused a storm on social media this summer.
Brimah is the older brother of Sheku Kanneh-Mason, the teenage cellist who played at Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding.
Sheku previously said he was "bowled over" when the Duchess of Sussex called him personally to ask him to play in the chapel during the Royal Wedding.
