Sophy Ridge turned up the heat on the SNP who are facing an election embarassment with a humiliating loss of seats to the Conservatives.
In a shocking interview with MP Stephen Gethins, she pointed out that "the SNP bubble was bursting" as polls point to an exodus to the Tories.
Ridge said the SNP had been in power for years but had failed the Scottish people on basic issues of health and education.

Gethins struggled to defend the SNP's track record
Mr Gethins squirmed as he struggled to answer criticisms of the SNP's record in power.
He started the interview by insisting that the election was not centred on Brexit but instead about the Scottish people having a voice in Westminister.
However, Ridge pointed out that the SNP's domestic record was tough to defend.
Instead of defending the party's actions, the Scottish MP tried to deflect by claiming that the state of health and education are bad in England and Wales too.

How can you defend your own record?
Ridge accussed the Saint Andrews MP of trying to shirk responsibility.
She said: "If you fight it on your record, face it, you are on shaky ground there.
"Since the SNP has been in power, the country's world ranking has dropped from 11th to 24th in maths and reading.
"You've dropped from 10th to 19th in science. How can you defend your own record?
"In the past year, you haven’t been able to get any legislation through the Scottish Parliament - if anyone is stagnating it is you!"

Mr Gethins struggled to defend against the accusations of the SNP's poor management.
Ridge pointed out that the SNP wanted independence but was already finding it difficult with its limited powers.
