Rupert Lowe has won in Great Yarmouth in another gain for Reform UK.

The Brexit stalwart, a farmer and businessman who previously represented the West Midlands as a Member of the European Parliament, became Reform UK's third elected MP of the night in the coastal seat.

It will come as a huge boost to Nigel Farage, who hoped to unseat the Tories in the seat, despite them defending a huge majority of 17,663 votes.

Mr Lowe won with a majority of 1,426 over the Labour Party.

He won with 35.3% with an enormous -41.2% drop in the Tory vote.

The seat was the former constituency of ex-Tory Chairman Brandon Lewis.
