REVEALED: Eight homes that are PERFECT if World War Three breaks out
GLOBAL conflict and a string of terror attacks and violence has convinced many people that World War Three may soon be upon us – but if another world war was to break out, which homes would be the safest to hole up in?
Eight houses built to survive World War Three
A video uploaded to YouTube has revealed eight homes around the world most likely to keep unwanted enemies out.
Safe House
The home outside Warsaw, created by Polish architect Robert Konieczny, has moveable walls which will cover all the windows so no one can get in, and only has one entrance located on the second floor, which can only be accessed via a draw bridge.
The Gift from Iceland Home
Located in Ellioaey, the most northeastern of the Vestmannaeyjar - an archipelago consisting of 15 to 18 islands located south of Iceland - it’s an isolated home.
Rumour has it that the island was awarded to Icelandic singer Bjork for her cultural contributions both in and out of the country.
Without a boat it’s impossible to access the island, and even if you did have one, the trek to the house is deemed difficult.

Dunbar Rock Honduras
The home is built 30 feet above a natural reef, which means getting to it is impossible without a boat.
Plenty of fish in the surrounding water also means you don’t need to go hungry.
The Cold War Adirondack Missile Silo House
Tucked among the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York is a home that is actually a decoy for the safe house underground.
The home above ground was built on top of a missile silo from the Cold War and boasts 2,000 square feet of living space.
There is then another 2,000 square feet of living space underground, which has everything, including simulated daylight.

Atlas F Missile Base
Located near Abilene, Texas, the home is underground and can be accessed via a hatch on ground level.
You then have to walk down a long flight of stairs and through a large cylinder to get to the living area.
It has all the comforts of an above ground home.
Nike Missile Base
In Southeast Indiana, this home on ground level looks like a garage, but underground, three missile magazines have been transformed into 5,000 square feet of living space.
One of the magazines is now a residential area, with an indoor swimming pool, and another has been turned into a shop.
World War Three homes: Home in a Hole
The Ark Two Facility
In Canada there’s a 10,000 square foot nuclear shelter, believed to be the largest privately constructed shelter in the world.
It was created by burying and connecting 42 buses underground, and concrete was then poured around them to make them as strong as possible.
Home in a Hole
This secret home can be found inside a huge hole in the middle of the desert.
Even if you do manage to get to it, you have to climb over a mountain ridge, and you’re likely to fall down into the hole.
These are the ten safest countries if World War Three breaks out.
