GHOST sightings are a rare occurrence, and often hard to believe - but one woman claims she was thrown to the ground by one while sitting in a hotel dining room, and the frightening moment was captured on CCTV.
Unfriendly 'ghost' leaves woman TERRIFIED in hotel lobby
In the clip, a woman is seen sitting alone in a dining room and suddenly gets the shock of her life when the chair next to her suddenly begins to move.
She jumps out of the way of the chair and backs into the corner of the room.
But just moments later the table she was sitting at is thrown into a doorway and blocks her exit.
As she backs into the corner again she appears to faint.

As she lays unconscious on the ground furniture continues to move around her.
Sat around the campfire, Gogglebox star Scarlett asked her fellow camp mates why people who have seen ghosts have never seen supernatural figures from modern times or the pre-Victorian era.
She questioned: “How come you never see a caveman ghost? How come you never see a ghost from 2001, just wearing jeans and a t-shirt?”
The clip began with the woman being startled by a moving chair
One ghost hunter spoke exclusively to Express.co.uk to reveal the answers to Scarlett’s queries.
Richard Felix, a star of TV show Most Haunted, said: “I can’t believe what Scarlett Moffatt was saying on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
He said: “People Facebooked me straight away asking me thoughts on it, because it’s exactly what I speak about in my book ‘What is a ghost?’.
“I address why people have never heard of a ghost of a caveman or a ghost from 2011 in jeans and a t-shirt - it’s not far from that she said.”

He explained: “It all relates back to the church and Christianity almost 2,000 years ago.
“Christianity is responsible for many ghosts, because people were frightened about the after life and believed in things like sins, the devil, heaven and divine retribution.
“In caveman times, all they believed in was the sun.
“Nowadays, religion is less prevalent which is also why you might not see a person from just a couple of years ago wearing a t-shirt and jeans.”
