THE PRESIDENT-ELECT’S New York home has been renamed using a rather rude word on Google’s maps app.
Donald Trump's home has been renamed with a rather rude word.
The hacker has managed to breach the Google app filter to make the cheeky change - no doubt a reflection of their political views.
The Manhattan skyscraper’s new name was noticed on Saturday.
News of the joke spread quickly via a social media and many thought the change hilarious.
One Twitter user wrote: “Day made. It's the little things. Thank you, Google maps hacker. #DumpTower.”
Another implied Google had a hand in the switch, and said: “It worked!!! Nice @google.”
Another predicted a Twitter meltdown from Trump himself, writing: “#Trump's 3am twitter melt down over Dump Tower will start soon. #DumpTower.”
While another noted: “Ironically, Dump Tower has no public restrooms. #DumpTower.”
Trump has yet to respond to the change.
